This single-space fit-out project served to convert a first-floor warehouse into open-plan offices and enclosed meeting space for an independent city consultancy. The brief was to retain the urban and mercantile aesthetic of the space, to integrate and strengthen team communication within the office, and to improve the company’s corporate visibility. MAAPS were asked to design a welcoming and distinctive work environment with a professional vibe, whilst using a modest pallet of materials and retaining the essential raw charm of the warehouse.

Our solution included a bespoke desking suite that allows for future expansion and reconfiguration, reorganised IT infrastructure, exposed and coordinated ceiling conduits, signage, new kitchen and bathroom amenities, and much integrated storage. Furniture, including desks and a new boardroom table, and light fittings designed by MAAPS.
