Acting as a steady intermediary, we worked closely with all parties to define, test, and oversee a programme of insured restorative works that prioritised the careful preservation and reinstatement of the apartment’s original architectural qualities.

Running in parallel, MAAPS negotiated and coordinated a separate, client-funded programme of modernisation, carefully aligned with the insurance works to avoid duplication or compromise. This allowed for the replacement of bathrooms and kitchen, alongside considered improvements to lighting and digital infrastructure, ensuring the apartment could support contemporary living without eroding its architectural integrity.
