This east London townhouse needed a thorough reworking to meet the needs of a young family. Like many townhouses, it was built for family use of 100 years ago. To upgrade each level for modern living, MAAPS worked with the owners to comfortably fit in these needs of today: additional bathrooms, a larger dine-in kitchen, a casual family lounge, space for guests, a master bedroom suite, and more. External changes include a new Mansard roof extension and balcony for the master bedroom suite, and a ground floor kitchen side extension.
