An excellent example of what can happen when a visionary client wants to convert a historic banking address in the middle of the City into a luxury business hotel. This is both an exploration of how an urban neighbourhood changes with time and a method of providing low-carbon development in a highly populated area.

Projects such as this, that reimagine space for future use, are a passion of the MAAPS team. We like repurposing historic design. The project encompassed planning exercises, room and flow reconfiguration, and bespoke furniture and lighting design. All this was only possible with the cooperation of a productive team of suppliers and other professionals.
