We are delighted that the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort has been shortlisted for Hotel of the Year in the Hotel Designs Brit List Awards 2025.
The Brit List Awards — now in its ninth year — is Hotel Designs’ annual celebration of excellence in British hospitality and design. Recognised as one of the industry’s most respected platforms, the awards honour outstanding projects and professionals in interior design, hotel architecture, and hospitality leadership.

For MAAPS, this nomination acknowledges the precision and care that went into reimagining 301 guestrooms in a live hotel environment — introducing new Family and Ocean Suites while renewing the entire room mix floor by floor. It is an honour to see this work recognised alongside so many visionary peers, and we are proud to contribute to the evolving landscape of global hospitality.
